Hotel Policies
- Minimum check-in age: 21
- Access method: Contactless
- Pets: Only certified service animals allowed.
- Children: Our hotel accommodates only children aged 12 or older. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Each room must have at least one registered guest aged 21 or older staying for the duration of the reservation.
- Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside rooms or outside of the specified smoking areas adjacent to the hotel; violators face eviction and a $500 cleaning fee.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in subject to availability. Check-out time is 11am. Late checkout available until 12pm for a fee, subject to availability.
- Parking: One spot per room included. Additional vehicles may park in any lot or street space. Artelo takes no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles.
- Noise: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, noise must be kept to a speaking volume between 11pm and 8am.
- Security Cameras: Used throughout the property; by being on the premises, you consent to being recorded.
- Reservation Guarantee: Guaranteed until the day of arrival; not guaranteed beyond.
- Non-Transferable Reservation: Cannot be transferred to another person.
- Accessibility: ADA-compliant accessible room is #3. Special requests should be noted in the reservation comments.
- Room Refreshes: Not provided; request fresh towels, linen, or other necessities through the guest portal.
- Guest Privacy: Staff will not disclose guest information to anyone. Guests must communicate their presence and room number themselves.
- Door Locks: Digital locks auto-lock 30 seconds after unlocking. Guests are expected to ensure their rooms are properly locked to prevent access of third parties. Upon leaving room, guests must close and ensure door is locked. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property from the hotel room.
- Gatherings/Parties: Prohibited in rooms; violators may be evicted.
- Right to Refuse Service: The hotel may ask guests to leave if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, or for safety, security, or medical reasons. This includes failure to follow hotel policies, discriminatory behavior, harassment, or endangerment of others.
- Health and Safety: Guests must adhere to hotel standards and guidelines.
- Proof of Identity: Required upon request.
- Food Liability: The hotel is not responsible for food safety after it leaves the hotel.
- Hygiene and Safety: Guests must follow cleanliness and safety guidelines.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for maintaining the hotel’s assets and valuables free from damage. The hotel may charge for any damage or loss caused by the guest, whether movable or immovable property. Any damage should be reported immediately after it becomes apparent.
- Firearms Policy: Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state, and local laws with respect to firearms. Subject to the following restrictions, guests of Artelo who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto hotel premises, provided that: it is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container, provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therin; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting. Guests who fail to abide by this policy will be asked to leave the hotel premises, without refund. The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to make the process smooth. Please review the following details before your stay:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- To cancel your reservation, please email us at info@arteloksq.com.
- If a guest arrives and chooses to depart early, any unused nights are non-refundable.
- In the event of a no-show (without prior cancellation), the full reservation amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
PRIVACY POLICY
Artelo (hereinafter “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to maintaining your privacy. This privacy policy outlines Artelo's practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.gumtree.com (“Site”), or otherwise share personal information with us. The policy also contains information about cookies. The following policies are intended to protect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis to stay abreast of our most current privacy policy practices.

Information We Collect
We collect two types of data and information from Users:
- Non-personal Information. The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information, which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site. We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. - Contact Information: When you fill in the Contact Us form on our Site you will be asked to provide us certain details such as: full name, phone number and email.

- When you voluntarily provide us your personal details when filling in the form or making an online booking;
- When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services;

- Request rectification of your personal information that is in our control.

- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
However, please note that these rights are not absolute, and may be subject to our own legitimate interests and regulatory requirements.
Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.
